Refund & Cancellation Policy

We have a no refund & cancellation policy, however, we do offer a 1-time alteration on our products within 21 days of purchase of the product.

To start an alteration request, you can contact us at care@puretathya.com If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an alteration will not be accepted.
