Refund Policy 

We have a no refund policy, however, we do offer a 1-time alteration on our products within 21 days of purchase of the product.

To start an alteration request, you can contact us at care@puretathya.com If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an alteration will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We use standard measurements to help you in selecting the perfect size. However, if you still wish to swap your purchases for a different size or style you may do within 21 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. The product being returned should also be in its original packaging, with all tags and the original invoice. Kindly also mail us your desired piece along with the scan of the original invoice and tracking details at info@puretathya.com.

The value of the exchange piece must be equal to or higher than the value of the original piece. If you prefer to postpone your purchase of the exchanged products, we can provide you with a credit note.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, we will issue you a credit note in case you wish to delay your purchase. Please note that the credit note will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Important considerations to bear in mind while returning a product:

• All clothes must have the original tags and be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• There should be no stench of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
• All garments must be free of make-up and tan markings.

Sale or Customised

Items purchased on Sale or made on customization are not eligible for exchange. Only regular-priced items may be exchanged.

Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping within India on pre-paid orders. We have tie-ups with the leading logistics providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure safe and fast delivery to you.

Though we partner with some of India’s leading logistical providers for shipping, our coverage is confined by their reach. If your address is in an area not covered by them, we will contact you and try our best to find an alternate option to get your purchase to you. Please keep in mind given the pandemic situation and at the time of festivals or in adverse weather conditions your order might get delayed but we promise that we will do all our power to get your shipment delivered to you on time.

Cash on Delivery: Given the present pandemic situation, COD is unavailable.
